I’m Dr. Josephine Leach, a cybersecurity leader, educator, and author with more than 25 years of experience across government, industry, and academia. My career has spanned roles in the Department of Defense, Fortune 500 companies, and higher education, where I’ve built a reputation for bridging the gap between technical security requirements and real-world application.

Today, I focus on helping businesses and professionals navigate complex frameworks like NIST, the Risk Management Framework (RMF), and the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).
